Platinum Warranty Disclosure

The platinum warranty includes Lifetime material overage. The term lifetime is referred to as 50 years of warranty coverage for Owens Corning Duration Architectural Shingles (TRU PROtection Period). Should the shingles be defective, coverage includes the cost of materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal. After 50 years, the coverage is prorated for materials only. Lifetime workmanship through the Platinum Warranty is defined as 25 years of workmanship coverage. Lifetime workmanship is only available to the original purchaser and is not fully transferable. Coverage is prorated after the first 25 years. Contract or is responsible for workmanship claims for the first two years of coverage. In order to qualify for the warranty, the customer must purchase Owens Corning shingles and at least four of the following items: Ice & Water Barrier, Underlayment, Starter Shingles, Hip & Ridge Shingles, Intake or Exhaust Vents. Material coverage warranty may be transferred to the new owners within 60 days after the selling of the home. Workmanship warranty cannot be transferred. If the home is sold, Quality Discount Roofing & Construction will not provide any new workmanship coverage to new owners.

By entering the Freedom Roof Giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Quality Discount Roofing & Construction, LLC (QDR&C). This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are honorably discharged U.S. military veterans, residing in Florida within QDR&C’s standard service area of the following counties: Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, Clay, Baker, Flager, Volusia, Brevard, Indian River Counties. Proof of honorable discharge (e.g., DD214 or similar documentation) is required for verification and eligibility. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of QDR&C are not eligible.

2. Application & Selection Process

All applicants must complete the official entry form and provide accurate, truthful information. A home inspection completed by QDR&C staff will be required before final winner selection. QDR&C reserves the sole and exclusive right to:

• Determine if the property qualifies under building code and structural requirements
• Decline any entry based on unsafe conditions, major framing or structural damage, or other circumstances that make installation impractical or unsafe
• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or installation. QDR&C may elect not to select a winner if no suitable property is found.

3. Scope of Work Provided

The winner will receive, at no cost, the installation of a complete roofing system including:

• Permitting fees, Roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, ventilation)
• Debris Container Placement
• Professional labor for installation

The following are not included in this Giveaway and will not be performed:

• Framing repairs, structural modifications, or carpentry of any kind

4. Limitation of Liability

QDR&C is not responsible for:

5. Acceptance of Prize

The selected winner must:

• Agree to allow QDR&C to use photos, video, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes
• Sign a liability waiver and promotional release form prior to installation
• The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Right to Cancel or Modify

QDR&C reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, technical failures, or if no qualified applicants are found.
