  • $6,456 advertised special offer equal to 1,500 sq feet is roofing square footage. This square footage includes the Tamko Black 3-tab shingle for the field, ridge cap, and starter. Includes two-layers of synthetic underlayment. Peel & Stick Underlayment is an additional cost. The total roof area at 15 squares must include waste. The special offer is not for the square footage of the home. Eligible for the one-story home only. Second story, steep pitch fee beginning at 8/12 and any ventilation beyond one 6 foot off-ridge vent will be an additional cost. 
  • $8,779 advertised special offer equal to 2,000 sq feet is roofing square footage. This square footage includes the Tamko Heritage Black Architectural shingle for the field, ridge cap, and starter. Includes two-layers of synthetic underlayment. Peel & Stick Underlayment is an additional cost. The total must include waste. The special offer is not for the square footage of the home. Eligible for the one-story home only. Second story, steep pitch fee beginning at 8/12 and any ventilation beyond one 6 foot off-ridge vent will be an additional cost. Due to market fluctuation the roofing promo pricing is subject to change without notice.

Siding

  • The advertised promotional price is for the installation of James Hardie 6” reveal horizontal lap panels. Corner trim only, no opening, top of wall or bottom of wall trim included. Siding is to be installed over existing T-111 siding. Vapor Barrier is included in the install. Installation is for ground level 1st story only. No window flashing, existing material removal, framing of protruding fixtures, vents, caulking, painting are included. Due to market fluctuation the promo price is subject to change without notice. 

Gutters

  • 20% off the retail gutter pricing only when the retail pricing is $1,000 or greater. Does not include splash guards, corners, elbows, wedges or other needed accessories. No existing gutter removal, white gutters only. One story home only, gutter removal not included. White gutters only. Second story install or additional colors to be additional cost.

110% Price Guarantee

  • Advertised 110% price guarantee offer must be an apple to apple quote. Lesser quality shingle will not be compared for this offer. (Example: 3-tab compared to architectural). Equal quote from competitor must be from a licensed & insured contractor. Must have all required Florida building code upgrades. QDR will match price and then give the customer an additional 10% on the difference between the two estimates. QDR reserves the right to not honor price match or price guarantee at any time.

Travel Promotional Offer. QDR offers customers who sign an agreement with us for any of our services the option to claim a travel voucher to destination of customers choice that is offered by the travel promotion.

QDR is not responsible for airfare, food & drink, travel fees or incidentals. QDR waives all responsibility for any costs or incidents affiliated with the travel promotion. QDR will provide the travel voucher once contract is signed and deposit is paid. The promotional offer refers to a Free Vacation. Recipient is responsible for the required taxes and fees for the trip which must be paid by the homeowner. The voucher provides a very heavily discounted travel promotion to that who receives the offer. The following terms are provided by the independent travel agency.

  1. There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any other hoops you will need to jump to redeem. Simply activate online by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees associated with the destination. After activation, login online and search for your preferred participating resort/hotel and preferred travel dates. 
  2. The expiration date on this incentive pertains only to the redemption or activation of this incentive and not actual travel. You must activate this incentive within 30 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation. This incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with another similar or same promotional offer.

  5. This incentive will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. The incentive is valid for a reservation request offering Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by redeemvacations.com Your cost to activate and redeem this incentive and book the reservation includes our recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees which vary by destination. The main reservation holder must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with a Visa or Mastercard or American Express logo, plus a valid government-issued ID to check-in. 
  6. The recipient of this incentive will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $350 US per night, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. (Resort fees are now commonplace in hotels around the world however not always applicable. For example in Orlando FL they run from $5.00 to $13.00 per night, In Las Vegas resort fees run from $16.00 to $38 per night Paid directly to the resort. If applicable the resort fees will be disclosed when choosing a hotel and preferred travel dates. Resort fees cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, & Resort amenities). 
  7. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. We recommend Sunday – Thursday check-ins for the most availability Check-in may be available 7 days a week however weekends and some peak season dates may have a small additional surcharge. 
  8. This incentive activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, the end-user will have 18 months to choose from available travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. Once travel dates are confirmed no changes will be allowed. 
  9. Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. (The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at regular retail rack rates, once confirmed changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid)

Platinum Warranty Disclosure

The platinum warranty includes Lifetime material overage. The term lifetime is referred to as 50 years of warranty coverage for Owens Corning Duration Architectural Shingles (TRU PROtection Period). Should the shingles be defective, coverage includes the cost of materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal. After 50 years, the coverage is prorated for materials only. Lifetime workmanship through the Platinum Warranty is defined as 25 years of workmanship coverage. Lifetime workmanship is only available to the original purchaser and is not fully transferable. Coverage is prorated after the first 25 years. Contract or is responsible for workmanship claims for the first two years of coverage. In order to qualify for the warranty, the customer must purchase Owens Corning shingles and at least four of the following items: Ice & Water Barrier, Underlayment, Starter Shingles, Hip & Ridge Shingles, Intake or Exhaust Vents. Material coverage warranty may be transferred to the new owners within 60 days after the selling of the home. Workmanship warranty cannot be transferred. If the home is sold, Quality Discount Roofing & Construction will not provide any new workmanship coverage to new owners.

MSFL Rebate Offer

Quality Discount Roofing & Construction is a My Safe Florida-approved contractor. Qualifying homeowners may qualify for up-to a $10,000 rebate from the State of Florida if you meet the qualifying terms stated in https://mysafeflhome.com/. QDR&C is not responsible should a homeowner not qualify for a rebate. Funds come from the State of Florida and not QDR&C.
